Seller Responsibility
Each vendor is responsible for the quality, accuracy, packaging, and delivery of their listed products.
Return and refund requests are handled according to the individual seller’s policy where applicable. However, the platform may assist in resolving disputes between buyers and sellers.

Return Eligibility
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery unless otherwise specified by the seller.
To qualify for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags, accessories, and invoice.
• The product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund, including:
• Personal care or hygiene products once opened
• Perishable items
• Clearance or final sale items
• Customised or made-to-order products

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or supporting proof.

• Reason for Return
• Photos (if damaged or defective)
Once the request is approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.

After the returned product is received and inspected by the seller:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping Charges
• Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the seller confirms an error.
